Also called an I-601 or I-601A Waiver, I provide mental health evaluations for U.S. Citizens/Legal Residents who are petitioning for a qualified relative to be granted permission to stay in the USA.

VAWA and U-Visa Cases
I provide mental health evaluations for undocumented immigrants who are self-petitioning for citizenship after/while being subjected to domestic violence or another crime.
Immigration Evaluations Flat Fee: $1200
This includes two interviews conducted with the petitioner in-person or via an online video communications platform and the written report. Additional requests or work may incur an additional fee. The first interview can typically be scheduled within 7 days of the consultation. And the report can generally be completed within 14 days after the second interview.
