Serving all of California through Telehealth

Whether you are seeking therapy for the first time or returning back after sometime away, I welcome you and thank you for being here.

I know reaching out for help can be hard and I applaud your bravery. You came here for a reason and you deserve to be supported. Therapy is a space where you won’t be judged and nothing you say or do will ever be considered “wrong” or a mistake. It’s an opportunity to let your true self be heard and seen. It’s a place where you can let go of all your other roles and responsibilities and be the most important person in the room. It’s a moment in time meant purely for healing, growth, connection, self-discovery, and your personal goals.

I provide a free 15 minute, no obligation consultation over the phone so we can get to know each other and explore if we would be a good fit for each other. I invite you to ask me any questions you might have about me or about therapy itself. You can tell me what you’re looking for, if you know. If you don’t know, that’s okay, we can talk it out.

If you are in need of immediate assistance please dial 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.

Online communication may not be secure. Please do not send confidential information via email or text message.

Inclusivity Statement

As an advocate for social justice who strives to promote equity, inclusion, and systematic change, I am committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for those seeking therapy. This is, and always will be, an ongoing process. I seek to provide affirming care to all regardless of their background, identity, or experiences by dedicating myself to understanding the social justice issues affecting society and how they affect mental health on an individual level. I am always open to learning and adapting my behavior based on new knowledge so that I can provide compassionate and informed care to everyone I serve.

Come As You Are - You Are Welcome Here

Disclaimer: Therapy is not guaranteed to be successful. Progress and success vary depending upon the particular problems or issues being addressed, as well as many other factors including the client’s ability and commitment to develop insight and make changes - and the fit of the client and therapist. Some modalities of treatment will be extremely effective with one client, and less effective or ineffective with another. When a therapist’s treatment approach is not effective with a particular client, it may be necessary for that client to be referred to a therapist who uses a different approach. There may be times when medication is necessary for symptom relief.
